The statement is also based on Recommendation 2 / 2001 of the European authorities for the protection of personal data who, in compliance with the art. 29 of Directive 95/46, adopted 17 May 2001, established the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to the users when they log on, regardless of the purpose of the link.

Those data are processed in the above premises and are only handled by the technical staff in charge or other technical staff responsible for maintenance operations.

Types of data processed
1. Navigation Data
The computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire, during standard operations, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. These pieces of information are not collected to be associated to specific individuals but, through processing and in association with data held by third parties, could result in identifying the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers connected to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources required, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to verify the proper operation and will be deleted after 1 year. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of IT crimes against the site.
2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail sending to the addresses listed on this site involves the acquisition of the sender's email address, which is necessary to respond to requests, and of any other data included in the message.
Cookies
in this case no personal user data is taken from the site. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor we use so-called persistent cookies of any kind which are systems for tracing users.
